Account deletion
Request deletion of your uJobs account
The fastest way to request deletion is from Profile Settings in the uJobs mobile app or uJobs desktop app. This submits a signed-in request against your account so support can verify ownership.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@ujobs.uomnverse.com from the email address on your account. Include whether the account is a worker account, organisation account, or team member account.
Deletion requests are reviewed to protect accounts from fraud and to preserve legally required records. Completed shift history, billing records, safety reports, and organisation records may be retained where required.
